Fabulous Location & Views on the Golf Course

This Mediterranean condominium is located at “The Ridge” in Sedona. “The Ridge” provides a luxurious, beautifully landscaped and private setting at the Sedona Golf Resort. This home offers a fabulous location and views on the golf course. The monthly Home Owner’s Fee includes a membership to the Hilton Spa that offers a new state-of-the-art work out gym, Olympic size swimming pool, three tennis courts and fitness classes.

The condos at “The Ridge” have all the makings of a Mediterranean style home beginning with the red roof tiles and Cypress trees that come into view as you drive up to this home. A wrought iron gate grants access to welcoming courtyard – you walk down a red brick walkway and enter the home through a sheltered wood front door flanked by long narrow windows. The 2-garage door access is just off the courtyard and it has a door out to the west patio.

You enter a front foyer with the laundry room on the west side and walk into an elegant two story high living room. The living room features a travertine accented gas fireplace with dramatic windows on either side to let the natural light stream in. An ornate chandelier finely fills the space created by the beamed wood cathedral ceiling.

In keeping with the Mediterranean style of the home, there is an arched entrance into the Arizona room or formal dining room and the window & door openings in the room are arched. The Arizona room, in the southwest corner of the home, has an attractive chandelier and a door out to the west and south patios. The private, south flagstone patio has been beautifully landscaped and it has lovely views out to the golf course. It is the perfect place to enjoy the “Sedona Lifestyle”.

The kitchen opens to the living room. It has been updated with stainless steel appliances, custom knotty alder cabinets, slab granite countertops and travertine flooring. It is well designed for easy open living.

There is a bedroom and an adjoining bathroom down the hall from the kitchen on the north side of the home. The bedroom has north and west facing windows and it is carpeted. There is a convenient door to the bathroom off the hallway and from the bedroom. The bathroom has been updated and it features travertine flooring and accents, a granite topped vanity with double ivory Kohler sinks, knotty alder wood cabinets, a tub/shower combination and heat lamp.

A graceful staircase from the living room takes you to the upper level. There is a library/den/study on the west side of the condo with a two-way gas fireplace and stained glass window. It has an arched architectural opening to take advantage of the two stories. The room is carpeted and you can take sliders out to an observation deck to take in the spectacular views.

The hallway from the library/den/study that takes you to the owner’s suite is carpeted and it has a beamed ceiling with skylights. There is a linen closet off this hallway. The owner’s suite is on the north side of the condo and you can easily combine it with the library/den/study to make a luxurious suite. The suite has red rock views, a beamed ceiling, a wrought iron framed balcony facing north and double windows facing west. Double doors take you into the en-suite bathroom.

The bathroom has been updated to include a slab granite-topped vanity with double sinks, knotty alder wood cabinets, a glass encased shower with travertine & beach glass accents and pebble flooring. There is a walk-in closet with some great built-ins, a Kohler commode, heat lamp and sky lights. The main bedroom area is carpeted and the bathroom has travertine flooring.

This condo pairs elegance and comfort and it is truly one of the best that “The Ridge” has to offer. It is centrally located close to galleries, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and recreational destinations.
